To find the best Havaianas size for you, please refer to the following information. Note that Havaianas = Brazilian sizing, which is different to European sizes. Refer to the size chart below for Brazilian to NZ size and length (in cm) conversions.
Measuring your Havaianas
Measure diagonally from centre of heel to the big toe. You may like to measure the underside of the sole so your straps don't get in the way!
How do I find the Brazilian size?
With Havaianas making their way all over the world, you might notice multiple sizes listed on your Havaianas. Our conversions and comparisons are always made using the Brazilian size as a base.
How will my order be shipped, what are my options?
All orders will be shipped via a local courier, this is a signature-required service. Orders placed before 12pm will be received within 2-5 business days (dependent on courier services workload). Delivery to the South Island and some rural areas may take longer. Please note delivery timeframes are just an indication and Havaianas will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.
We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been placed.

All purchases will be charged a $6 flat rate shipping nationwide.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of New Zealand.
Do you deliver to a PO Box Address?
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you believe you have received an item in error, please contact the Havaianas New Zealand Customer Service team [email protected] so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
Lost Parcels
If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to their depot.
If they’ve done so, you will need to get in contact with the courier company to arrange redelivery/collection. Havaianas does not take responsibility for items left.
In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, a claim must be made within 14 days of the order date and once the investigation is completed and confirmed lost during transit, Havaianas will replace or refund the item. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, Havaianas is not liable for the order.
After 30 days of shipment date, Havaianas will no longer be liable to claim for lost delivery or for the receival of your order, please be proactive if you have any delivery issues and we will do our best to find a solution right away. Anything outside of 30 days will need to be done independently with the courier service.
Shipping During December and Holiday Periods
While we do our best to ensure your purchase is packed and shipped as fast as possible, please plan for delays in regular courier service (up to 2-3 days longer delivery) especially during the Christmas holiday period in December. We thank you for your patience in advance.
